Zoommaunfacturing FATBEAM

Fatbeam technology from Zoom manufacturing now offers new levels of laser safety and conforms to IEC (international electronic commission) standards for Class IIIr under IEC 60825-3:2002
This new "eyesafe" laser produces a true Fatbeam; this beam of laser is between 10-14mm in diameter compared to 2-3mm of standard lasers. Due to this fatbeamT eye absorption is reduced making this a safe laser to the eye, even on single beam.

Fatbeam technology also gives a substantial effect of brightness as increased particle refraction is achieved due to the large size of the beam. With the perception of increased brightness the Fatbeam 1001 a 2 x 20mw laser gives around 40mw of total perceived effect.

Fatbeam technology is not based on enlarging the beam divergence solely. It is based in the design and manufacturing of the laser itself. Normally when you increase the divergence of angle of the beam expansion this expansion continues at severe angles. Our new design corrects this challenge and re-corrects the divergence to near normal with the increased beam size.
